Roles 4 All

Roles 4 All

Towards the end of 2008 Crunch Creative were asked to design the brand identity and website for the ‘Roles 4 all’ campaign. The Roles 4 All program has been created by Plymouth based Learning and Training company PSC. Roles 4 All aims to promote equality and diversity in the workplace through training programs and apprenticeship schemes.

Combining together equality and diversity drive an organisation to comply with anti-discrimination legislation as well as emphasising the positive benefits of diversity such as drawing on a wider pool of talent, positively motivating all employees and meeting the needs of a wider customer base.

As part of the promotion campaign and following on from the brand and web design, crunch have produced a poster and leaflet to go to employers, schools and colleges to promote the Roles 4 All campaign.
