<p>Headmaster Rob Pippen contacted Crunch at the end of November 2011 and just two months later the work was complete and the Academy was launched.</p>
<p>As part of the move to Academy status a new logo was developed along with a new content managed website, prospectus, stationery and signage. Working closely with the staff and pupils at Old Priory it was quickly established that the design work produced needed to leave behind any condescending approach and communicate to both pupils and parents in a way that respects the children&#8217;s intelligence. Photography was commissioned to give an accurate position of day to day life at Old Priory and used throughout all design executions.</p>
<p>Mr Rob Pippen Headmaster of Old Priory Junior Academy commented &#8220;After our initial meeting, it was clear Crunch understood what we were trying to achieve. Our rebranding was a team effort &#8211; we never felt channelled or constrained and our ideas were valued, respected and incorporated into the final designs.</p>
<p>Our brief was a total rebrand: Crunch delivered on time and in all areas. We had a very short timeframe so we needed a prompt, professional service and that&#8217;s what Crunch provided.&#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h5>The new look Blue Project website is now live after an overhaul of both the front and back end.</h5>
<p>Crunch Creative have been working with the Blue Project since the start of their journey five years ago. As the Blue Project has evolved the new website design and content management system has too and allow&#8217;s Blue&#8217;s users a greater experience and connection with the project as well as allowing the team to have total control over all the content on the site.</p>
<p>Because of the wealth of content it was integral to guide site visitors to key areas of the site and continually push new content forward from the home page but also allowing the publication of content across social media platforms. The new look site also features a new online shop enabling the sale of blue merchandise. The integration of the shop into the administration means that the team have full control over products, pricing, stock control and delivery online.</p>
<p>2012 is a big year for the Blue Project having already been nominated and short listed as a finalist in the &#8216;Beyond Sport Awards&#8217; held in South Africa in December, this year the team hope to spread the word wider and encourage greater participation and education of our blue planet through sport and Blue ambassadors.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h5>Crunch Creative have finalised the new packaging design for the UK&#8217;s leading brand of rotary petrol lawnmowers&#8230;.Mountfield.</h5>
<p>Back in September Crunch were appointed by Mountfield to design and produce the new packaging for their line of lawnmowers sold through B&amp;Q. The new design has been developed to clearly communicate to consumers the quality, heritage and features of the lawnmowers, updating the overall feel of this well established brand.</p>

<p>The new packaging will be in B&amp;Q stores in the winter and marks the first step in driving the brand forward into 2012.</p>

<p>Crunch Creative have been working with the menu guides since the first edition. The 10th edition has been designed and printed and is being distributed now to 20,000 homes.</p>

<p>DP are a well established team of management consultants based in Covent Garden, London who are at the very top of their game in servicing the public sector.</p>
<p>Crunch Creative were approached to develop a brand strategy for rebranding and to pull a focus towards the public sector in it&#8217;s appeal without alienating the public sector audience.</p>
<p>The sting in the tail was a tight deadline without compromising on the necessary processes involved in defining the brand, tone of language and in executing the logo design.</p>
<p>A series of flexible strap lines were developed that could be applied and tailored to the individual programmes offered by DP whilst working together as a consistent unit.</p>

<p>The result is a very different brand that is all about open communication and engagement. Typographic strength combined with corporate colouring promote and enforce the companies history and standing within their industry.</p>
<p>The new brand identity was also applied to key marketing and sales tools that were required for an exhibition taking place at the end of May, including: course based/company brochure, sample course guides, training course folder inserts, powerpoint presentation templates, business stationery and a holding page for the website&#8230;&#8230;.all in 30 days!!!</p>
<p>Next step: map out the necessary marketing materials to target new business within the private sector and a new content managed website to enable the DP team to consistently, quickly and effectively communicate with their clients and offer a rich resource of information and guides to improve business performance.</p>

<p>Forest Produce are a Devon based supplier of fresh produce to Hotels &amp; Restaurants across Devon, Cornwall &amp; Somerset.</p>
<p>The initial figures since the brochures have been distributed show a 20% increase in sales on the same period last year.</p>
<p>The brochure design highlights the FP product range in a clean and concise way and presents products to customers that they did not know were supplied. It&#8217;s the first step on a long journey of communicating effectively what Forest Produce offer and redefining their brand and market position within the industry.</p>
<p>The updated brand identity has also been applied to business stationery and marketing monthly specials. We look forward to continue working with Forest Produce and start planning for the next brochure!!</p>

<p>A flexible grid system is the basis for this design which focuses on delivering key content to interested parties on both a business and leisure level. All content on the site is controlled by the Positively Plymouth admin team through an easy to use online editor, this enables the team to keep the site current and updated to ensure users are kept well informed.</p>
<p>Positively Plymouth is bringing people and organisations together in Plymouth.  It’s a clear way of defining what Plymouth is really about to visitors and investors.</p>
<p>It is owned by Destination Plymouth, the public private partnership responsible for the marketing of Plymouth.</p>
<p>Plymouth offers a rapidly changing environment combined with a new found confidence. Their approach to marketing and place management harnesses that dynamic environment to provide investors and visitors with a true and unique sense of the city and its value.</p>
<p>For that reason Positively Plymouth is not an agency’s impression of Plymouth: it is a reflection of what the community really feels about itself.</p>

<p>The new identity has been designed as soccer-iq gears up to it&#8217;s official launch later on this year. Soccer-iq is primarily a digital magazine aimed at not only coaches, development officers, teachers and trainers but also individuals who are keen to improve and get smart with their game.</p>
<p>To accompany the magazine a new website will be delivered with new and relevant content highlighting drills, training programmes, skill sessions, video and audio as well as a more light hearted look at the footballing world.</p>
<p>Crunch Creative were selected to develop the brand and work closely with the soccer-iq team in implementing all the collateral which follows including website, magazine and merchandise.</p>
